The Sillon Mirror by &Tradition is named after the French word for "groove" its ridged frame is inspired by the Art Deco movement. Designed by Sebastian Herkner for &Tradition, the sleek and sophisticated design comes in three sizes, 46, 66 or 96cm diameter, and with the choice of a brass or chrome frame.

Sebastian Herkner

Sebastian Herkner was born in 1981, he studied Product Design at HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design. During his studies he began to focus on designing objects and furniture, honing his keen sense for materials, colors and textures. For a short while he then worked for Stella McCartney in London. In 2006 Sebastian Herkner founded his own studio. Since that time, he has designed furniture, lamps and smaller items for many global manufacturers. In 2019 the French design show - Maison & Objet elected him “Designer of the Year”.
