The Element Sofa range from Philippe Malouin is a modular sofa system that also comes as a standard three-seat sofa, developed from the idea of creating a fully enclosed conversation pit, or a pool for relaxing and chilling.
Philippe Malouin was born in Canada and began his studio in 2008 after several years working for iconic English designer Tom Dixon. His extensive portfolio includes tables, rugs, chairs, lights, art objects and installations, he creates conceptual designs that balance finesse, functionality and a fondness for risk. He began working with SCP in 2017 when they created the rotating Group chair and have created many collaborations since incldung the super comfortable Puffer sofa.
