Due to the recycled material that this chair is crafted from, each chair will be slightly unique and one of a kind. It is perfect to create a unique design statement inside or out. The Bit Lounge Chair is a contemporary take on the classic lounge chair, offering a comfortable seat for both indoor and outdoor use, designed with the robust, yet playful aesthetic characteristic of the Bit collection. The eye-catching pixelated surface made up of small bits of 100% recycled plastic makes it unique and beautiful.
Material: The Bit Stool collection is made using a rotational moulding technique with flexible thermoplastic Low Density Polyethylene Industrial Waste (LDPE). It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, withstanding temperatures from -10°C to +50°C

Simon Legald graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in the summer of 2012. His work consists of both small and large scale products. Simon’s designs are often created in a dialogue between craftsmanship and industry. He also likes to incorporate the techniques that are necessary for the structure of a product into the design by highlighting them visually.
