The Grasshopper Table designed in 2017 from the Italian designer Piero Lissoni for Knoll. The elegance of Grasshopper derives from its combination of surfaces and structure - the surfaces are distinguished by their slenderness and are available with an innovative rectangular form, incorporating rounded corners while the structure is composed of very thin, high-performance cast steel elements available in chromed or painted finishes.
Piero Lissoni is an Italian architect and designer, known for his contemporary furniture design. In 1986, he and Nicoletta Canesi founded the interdisciplinary studio Lissoni Associati in Milan, focusing on architecture as well as interior and product design. His iconic designs for Knoll, Kartell and Flos are easily recognisable to his distinct style.
