Built around the principle that good design should follow construction, the Arbour collection celebrates the relationship between its solid wooden framework and generously upholstered cushions, creating a sofa with a distinctive architectural character.
The defining feature of this three-seater is its FSC-certified solid beech frame, finished in a rich green water-based lacquer that introduces a subtle splash of colour to the interior. The supportive structure is complemented by separate seat, back and side cushions, featuring Oeko-Tex certified foam and feather filling for a comfortable and inviting seating experience. Elastic webbing provides additional support, while the carefully considered construction allows individual components to be replaced or repaired over time rather than requiring the entire sofa to be discarded. Recognised for its sustainable approach to furniture production, the HAY Arbour is Denmark's first Nordic Swan Ecolabel sofa.

Products with this label are free from harmful chemicals and have to meet certain requirements that cover usage, disposal and recycling; ensuring a long life that further limits waste over time.
