Defined by its elongated rectangular profile, carefully balanced proportions and considered material combinations, it offers a generous and adaptable surface for dining, working and gathering.
The design takes inspiration from the familiar proportions of traditional farmhouse tables, reinterpreted through a more contemporary approach to construction and industrial detailing. Its clean-lined silhouette is complemented by a choice of solid oak or aluminium legs, creating different expressions ranging from natural warmth to a more technical, modern aesthetic. A defining feature of the Annex Table Oblong is its extensive selection of tabletop finishes. Options include oak veneer, durable laminate and linoleum in a variety of colours. These combinations allow the table to be tailored to individual interiors, whether the preference is for the understated character of natural oak, the tactile appeal of linoleum or a more distinctive contemporary finish.
Available in generous 220cm and 240cm lengths, the Oblong provides ample room for family dining, collaborative working and larger gatherings. Its 95cm width creates a comfortable tabletop area, while the considered frame construction maintains a balanced appearance without unnecessary visual weight. Aluminium components are extruded in Europe and manufactured using at least 75% recycled post-consumer scrap, reflecting HAY's continued interest in more responsible material choices.
