Material: Legs in die-cast aluminium polished or black powder-coated. Body webbed metal frame with moulded polyurethane foam. Seat cushions - Polyurethane foam core and chamber cushion overlay (filled with polyurethane foam lozenges, latex and a mix of goose feathers and down). Tufted back cushions: chamber cushions filled with polyurethane foam cubes and ball fibres.

Antonio Citterio was born in the Italian city of Meda in 1950. He opened his own studio in 1972 and completed his degree in architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1975. He has created some modern masterpieces with companies such as Kartell, Vitra, Flos and many more. In his long career he has been awarded numerous awards, including the Compasso d'Oro in 1987 and 1995. He was named 'Royal Designer for Industry' by the London-based Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce in 2008.
