Above it sits a generously cushioned seat, upholstered in individual leather panels that are meticulously joined together by hand. Each of the 16 panels for the stool and 40 for the chair is carefully cut from a single cowhide, hand-welted and hand-tufted with matching leather buttons, creating the signature quilted appearance. This painstaking process ensures a beautifully consistent finish and highlights the skill of the craftspeople behind the design.
