Designed in 1956 by iconic Scandinavian furniture designer Hans Olsen, this version of the Fried Egg Lounge Chair is upholstered in fabric from Danish textile giants Kvadrat. With its design rooted in Danish modernism, this spacious yet comforting lounge chair was playfully christened 'Fried Egg' because of its appearance from above.
Its asymmetrical design means the user can swing their legs over the right-hand armrest, creating a unique sense of comfort and multiple seating positions. The frame is produced from the highest quality teak and is upholstered in a range of different coloured fabrics. The Fried Egg is perfect for pulling up to the fire on a chilly night or for relaxing reading the papers on a weekend.
