The Normann Copenhagen Kabino range is a series of versatile and functional storage pieces from designer Simon Legald.
Kabino has an cool, urban, industrial look created in a minimalistic form with well-considered details and materials. The signature open handles of the steel doors and drawers give an integrated, seamless expression, while the ash frame adds a warmth to the design. Kabino comes in several different configurations and they can even be stacked 2 high to personalise your storage needs. This version is the 5 drawer storage system, perfect for bedroom storage or for extra storage in your living area.
Material: Painted MDF with an ash frame mounted to its front. Fronts are made of matt lacquered aluminum.

Simon Legald graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in the summer of 2012. His work consists of both small and large scale products. Simon’s designs are often created in a dialogue between craftsmanship and industry. He also likes to incorporate the techniques that are necessary for the structure of a product into the design by highlighting them visually.
